How Do We Do It
About the Retreat
The retreat lasts three days, takes place in a beautiful khan on the Carmel coast, and allows each participant to take another step in the healing process, according to the stage they are in. We invite you into a capsule of three days that allows a duration in which one can touch and experience in a deep and meaningful way. The time and space also allow for experiencing with different tools, meeting with different parts of the person, and personal guidance for finding the tools that are suitable for them at this stage. Body, mind, spirit, consciousness, creation, nature, music and community.
The intention is to enable a process of healing and discovery, while providing natural immunity and resources, within a protected, human and inclusive space. Allowing the absorbed materials to be released slowly, create new connections, and movement towards further development and growth.
Who Is It For?
The retreat is intended for young people aged 20-40 who were harmed in the events of October 7th and in Operation Swords of Iron. For those who feel the need to be together in a safe place, with the watching eyes of the best therapists and professionals and to go through a personal and group healing process.
The place is immersed in green nature, the complex is designed down to the smallest details, and the production team gives a feeling of home. Throughout the retreat there are coffee corners, fruits and treats. In the complex you can sleep in a large room with mattresses and there is an option of rooms for those who will be decided to need it.
Professionally, the project is accompanied by Shira Bruckner, who comes with clinical knowledge from many years of working with extreme experiences in the army and at Beit Ma'agen, as well as years of working with the body, healing in nature, studies of trauma treatment and depression using mind-altering substances and creating spaces of healing and creation. Together with her, there are permanent therapists and facilitators who provide a personal and professional response throughout the way.
The retreat begins at 11:00 AM and ends on the third day at 5:00 PM.
